Elm City Partners was founded in 2002 by Joseph L. Palazzi, a senior executive with more than twenty-five years of domestic and international leadership and consulting experience in the construction, software, electrical, electronic and consumer goods industries. Joe has an established track record of double-digit growth in mature and high tech business environments. Most recently he directed a workout of an Internet software company whose failure to obtain equity was threatening to drive the company into insolvency.

Elm City is focused on refinancing, crisis management, turnarounds and workouts, and also can provide interim President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer requirements for companies that are in a transition period.  Interim assignments can be arranged on either a part-time or full-time basis. Elm City Partners is equally capable of meeting the senior management needs of either privately held or publicly traded companies, and will work with Board of Directors and creditors to a speedy resolution of your company's crisis.
